The adventure Desroches already begins
while sitting in the plane when you can have a look at the island and the reefs
for the first time.
But also after landing you won't be disappointed by the island itself or the
hotel. The bungalows are spacious and have beneath the bedroom and the bathroom
also a living room.
When you are standing on your balcony you see the green grass which leads to
the white sandy beach on a beautiful lagoon. Unfortunately sometimes (during
special season) a lot of sea grass is brought to the beach and doesn't make
swimming pleasant then.
But you have other possibilities to enjoy your day. For example you can rent
a bicycle and discover the island - there is even a village.
If you are lucky you can see turtles which come to the beach to bring their
eggs and grab them in sand.

The dive sites around
Desroches are famous for their wide canyons and the straight walls, which go
down quiet deep. It is a real pleasure to dive through these wonderful reefs.
The forms of the reefs are always special and simply beautiful.
Beneath beautiful coral gardens - where you fell like swimming in a huge aquarium
- you can see lots of big fish. Grey reef sharks, nurse sharks, stingrays are
only some of the animals which can often be seen here.
Not to forget the groupers, lobsters, lionfish, moray eels and barracudas and
so on.
You can enjoy unforgettable dives with the most various impressions while diving
