The small island Komandoo lies in beautiful Lhaviyani Atoll of the Maldives and can be reached within 35 minutes by seaplane.
The size of the island is approximately 100 x 500 m and is very well looked after.
The single bungalows and water bungalows are all made of wood and couldn't be more beautiful than they already are. When lying on the bed you can see directly the sea and you can also listen to the rush of the water - absolutely romantic.
The beautiful open-air-restaurant offers a wide range of food which is served on a buffet - be prepared to gain one or two kilos during your stay. You can always choose if you like to eat inside the restaurant or outside on the terrace.
Komandoo is a recommendable "barefoot" island.

There are approximately 40 dive sites where you can go with the team of ProDivers. Most dive sites can be reached within 20-60 minutes by Dhoni. When the weather is fine, these Dhoni trips are always a real pleasure.
Most dive sites are on the outreef, on corners, on walls or in the channels. That means most of the dives are drift dives where you can expect to encounter bigger animals like grey reef sharks, leopard sharks, green turtles, manta rays, eagle rays, big napoleon wrasses und so on.
There are also some dive sites inside the atoll which are mostly sheltered from the current. There you can see some smaller things as a lot of honeycomb moray eels, beautiful nudibranchs, leaffish or pipefish.
